My partner and I went over a test he got back. We went over all the answers he got wrong. Some of the questions he was able to figure out why he got them wrong. Some questions I gave him a completely different sentence with the same structure. I had him figure out if he would use an article in my sentence and then when he got it right we would look at the sentence in the test. Sometimes giving another example of a sentence helps; after we went over a worksheet about articles.
