Pak CP# 9


The next day, I met my Brazilian CP at the gym and we did a leg workout.  We discussed how we both dreaded leg days and he tried to explain that he did not like to work out his legs because people would not notice it.  He said that he did not like the way he felt after the workout, but he said it was a necessary task to be well rounded and proportional.  We did leg presses, calf raises, squats, and machine leg presses as well.  We both worked out for about an hour and we also discussed new workout regiments in addition to talking about where he wanted to go travel in the United States.  He told me that he went to New York and wanted to go back.  He said that New York was a place the one needed to stay there for at least a whole month to take in all the sights.  We both agreed that New York is a good vacation spot to take in the sights.  We also talked about what would be the best thing to eat after a workout and decided on bananas and a protein shake.  We finished our workout and scheduled our next appointment.
