I met Bayasgalan with Zeb at starbucks. I was so glad and relieved to have Zeb for the conversation meeting since I was having a hard time to communicate with Baysa and keeping the conversation with him. I observed Zeb and Baysa's conversation, and I was impressed by Zeb's, I mean, native speaker's amazing ability to understand what non-native speaker's saying. I can understand what Korean students or Japanese students is saying if they don't finish their sentences or if they speak "me no speak English" type of English. After observing(of course I talked with them occasionally), I realized that I might face more difficulties than this in the future, so I needed to find a way to communicate better with people whose English is in a beginning stage. I tried to think of my experiences with people who are from other countries to study Korean. I was able to understand what they were trying to say, magically. How is this passible? Does anybody know?
